We have in our databases all the permits and approval requirements for any type of developments in the oil & gas, pharmaceutical and the general infrastructure development in Kenya and in the East Africa Region.

The issuing authorities that we work with in securing building plan approvals, permits, licenses, etc. includes but are not limited to NEMA, all the Physical Planning Departments in the counties, Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC), Kenya National Highway Authority (KeNHA), Kenya Bureau of Standards (KEBS), etc.

DESIGNS AND REGULATORY APPROVALS OBTAINED
Successfully completed the design to the various South Africa National Standards (SANS)- SANS 10131:2004, SANS 10089:3, etc. and council submission for above ground petroleum products storage tanks for one of our clients at the following locations in South Africa:
- Epping in Cape Town Industria.
- VDS Centre in Strand.
- Brackenfell Industria, Cape Town.
- Parmalat plant, Bonnievale, Western Cape.
